Opinion OF THE COURT SEITZ, Circuit Judge. Appellant Christian Martinez appeals from the judgment of sentence of the district court. He was convicted by a jury of two counts of distribution of cocaine in violation of V.I. Code Ann. tit. 19, § 604(a)(1) (1977) and one count of trafficking in cocaine in violation of V.I. Code Ann. tit. 19, § 614a(a)(3)(A) (Supp. 1986). We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 (1982).
